we keep a variety of gear on display in our atlanta store for customers to try out in person. this includes multiple products from nuna, doona and baby björn - ranging from infant car seats to convertible car seats, travel strollers, single and double strollers, baby bouncers + others.

as moms, we know that selecting gear for your little one can be a stressful process, so we have done our best to simplify this at BØRN BABY by selecting only the brands we recommend most. we take great care training our staff to help demonstrate the products + answer your questions, and we always have an assortment of gear items on display to help you make these important decisions.

returns and shipping

if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your items in their original condition + packaging for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. this excludes sale items marked at 40% or more, which are final sale only.
yes, as long as the box is unopened with all seals intact, gear items can be returned within the return policy window. we follow industry standards to ensure all gear items like car seats + strollers are safe for your little ones, which means we need to be sure it’s never been in use. keeping that seal intact gives that assurance, which is why it is the only way gear items are eligible for return.
unfortunately, no. once an item has been modified + personalized for you, it can no longer be returned.
returns in-store are free, whether you purchased the item at our store or online.
however, when shipping a return to us, we deduct $7 from your refund for return shipping costs (with the exception of gear and other large items). for larger items such as car seats, strollers, or bouncers, the actual return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and you will be notified of the specific shipping cost during the returns process.
original shipping charges are non-refundable.
to return an online order via mail, simply email your request to us at hello@shopbornbaby.com + we will reply back with a shipping label. place the shipping label on the return package along with the original packing slip. securely seal the package and drop it in your mailbox or at your nearest USPS location.
exchanges can be made in-store only. if you are hoping to exchange an online order, we ask that you submit a return request + then place a new order for the item(s) you would like. for in-store returns and exchanges, simply bring in your item(s) to the shop along with the receipt.
our goal is to ship every order that comes in that business day or the next. exceptions include personalized items or other special orders, such as custom gear orders. we ship from atlanta, georgia + depending on the items in your order, your package will ship via UPS or USPS. while we cannot control the carrier, transit times are typically between 1-3 business days.
standard + expedited shipping options are available throughout the united states, with specific pricing listed here. we offer free shipping on orders over $125, but unfortunately have to exclude some larger and heavier items like strollers, car seats, doll houses, etc.
